The second door leads into an entrance hall with antique ceramic floor tiles. There is another door which leads to a magnificent staircase made of tea wood and by which you gain access to the second floor, which occupies 167 square metres. On the second floor there is a large living dining room with Tea wooden floors and with a typical Canary balcony, a kitchen, bathroom and four bedrooms. There is a large typical Canary balcony above the downstairs patio, which is also of Tea wood.
From the second floor there is another staircase, which leads to a small apartment of 33 square metres. This consists of a living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and terrace.
The whole house needs renovating, it could be converted into a beautiful restaurant, or business premises on the ground floor with the living quarters above. It could be a beautiful property once it was restored to its former glory, as there is a lot of beautiful Tea wooden beams and floors throughout the house.
